Public Offer

1. Subject of the Offer

This document is an official public offer by the owner of the MiLab service to enter into a contract for the provision of access to the script generation features. Acceptance of the offer is the activation of a paid subscription.

2. Price and Payment

Subscription price: 10 USD per month (or the equivalent in the currency of the payment system). Payment is processed through Stripe at the moment of subscription activation and is automatically charged each billing period until the user cancels the subscription.

3. Subscription Term

The subscription is activated immediately upon successful payment and lasts 30 calendar days. It renews automatically. The user may cancel auto-renewal at any time in the account settings or by sending a request to support@milab.one.

4. Service Scope

The paid subscription includes: unlimited script generations, access to all niches, advanced style options, and a priority processing queue.

5. Moment of Service Delivery

The service is considered rendered at the moment the paid features become technically available after successful payment. The user agrees to the immediate commencement of service delivery.

6. Refunds

The refund procedure is described in the Refund Policy.

7. Liability

The parties bear responsibility in accordance with applicable law. The provider is not liable for the inability to use the service due to reasons beyond its control (internet outages, force majeure).
