Privacy Policy

MiLab (milab.one and the MiLab app) is operated by Oleksii Budovskiy, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@milab.one.

Email, name, country, language, niche; script history; content plan and topic statuses; subscription data; your consent to sharing data with AI; reports about AI content; push notification tokens; a random device identifier; your IP address in hashed (encrypted) form for abuse protection.

To run the service, apply plan limits, process payments, send notifications, provide support and protect the service from abuse.

Supabase — data storage.

Anthropic — content generation. We send only the topic, niche, style, language, duration and country, and when you ask for a new variant — the script text or plan topics. Your name, email and other personal data are never sent. Data is shared only after your consent.

Firebase — push notifications.

Stripe — payments on the website.

Apple / Google and RevenueCat — payments in the app.

You can withdraw your consent to sharing data with AI at any time in your profile.

Video and audio recordings stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Deleting your account deletes all your data and immediately cancels your Stripe subscription: milab.one/delete-account.

Only an anonymous counter of free generations on the device (not linked to a person) — for abuse protection; and anonymous reports about AI content (not linked to a person) — to improve the service.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. Send requests to support@milab.one. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
