1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of the MiLab service (the “Service”), available at milab.one. By registering and using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Public Offer, and the Refund Policy.

2. Service Description

The Service provides AI-based tools for generating short video scripts (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) based on the user's chosen niche, topic, and style.

3. Registration and Account

An account is required to use paid features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password safe. The minimum user age is 18 years or the age of majority in your country.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered through a free trial generation model and a paid subscription. Payment is processed via Stripe. Billing terms and pricing are described in the Public Offer.

5. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to use the Service to create content that violates the law, infringes third-party rights, incites violence or discrimination, contains child sexual abuse material, fraudulent schemes, or other unlawful materials.

6. Intellectual Property

Scripts generated by the user belong to the user. Rights to the Service itself, its design, source code, brand, and training data belong to the rights holder.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the generated content will meet all your expectations or produce commercial results. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription over the last 3 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, without refunding previously paid amounts, except as expressly provided in the Refund Policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are published on this page with the update date.
