1. The service
MiLab is operated by Oleksii Budovskiy, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. MiLab helps create scripts for short videos with AI, offers a teleprompter with recording and a content plan.
2. Plans and auto-renewal
There is a free plan and paid Standard, Pro and Premium plans, billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown before payment. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
Website: cancel through Stripe (Profile → Manage subscription). App: cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
In-app purchases are refunded under Apple / Google rules. For website payments, write to support@milab.one.
5. Account deletion
Deleting your account immediately cancels your website (Stripe) subscription. Subscriptions bought in the app must be cancelled in App Store / Google Play settings.
6. Prohibited use
Do not abuse the service: no bypassing limits, creating multiple accounts for free generations, automated requests, illegal or harmful content, or attempts to break or copy the service. We may restrict access for violations.
7. AI-generated content
Scripts, hooks, topics and content plans are generated automatically by a third-party AI service and may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You must check the facts before publishing and you are responsible for the content you publish. You can flag an inappropriate script with the “Report” button.
